Our apartment suites are just like home with a wonderful atmosphere of peace, tranquility and space. Most of the suites for both category are facing the scenic Likas Bay and hills of Mount Kinabalu. Each suite features a living suite, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all with individually controlled air-conditioning, colour television and telephone refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities. |

Standard Room
Our Standard Room comes with a living room, spacious dining area, completely equipped kitchen with utensils and refrigerator and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with 1 king size bed. The other room is fitted with 2 single bed. With the present bedding it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The Standard Rooms are able to accommodate 2 extra bed. All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning.
The living room comes with a colour television and telephone with international direct dial facilities. The suite comes without a balcony. Some have a romantic view of scenic Likas Bay. Others come with a Mount Kinabalu with full view or partially and some come with the view of Kota Kinabalu city. Other facilities include coffee and tea making facilities. Laundry is available for extra charge.

Deluxe Room
Our Deluxe Room comes with a living room, spacious dining area, completely equipped kitchen with utensils and refrigerator and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with 1 king size bed. The other room is fitted with 2 single beds. With the present bedding it can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The Deluxe Rooms are able to accommodate 2 extra bed. All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning.
The living room comes with a colour television and telephone with international direct dial facilities. Other facilities include coffee and tea making facilities. Laundry is available for extra charge.

| Cancelation Policy |
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 08 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. |
